Orders are usually shipped out the same day or the next day. After we ship, allow 2 to 7 working days for delivery.once we receive payment. Shipping generally takes 3-5 days for you to receive your order. Holidays will delay the time. After we ship, we assume no liability for delay in delivery. We do not ship any orders to Post Office Boxes. Orders that was purchased with Checks or Money orders will not be shipped right away, until they have cleared the bank. once cleared. we will ship the order and notify you by email when the order was shipped so you will have an idea as to when to expect it. Items that have been damaged in shipping are not covered by us as the damage happened beyond our control. any damage found to our fault (damaged before it was shipped and was not noticed) will be either refunded or replaced. If the product has been found to be damaged by the customer eg; you opened up the product with any type of tools, devices etc and modified, alter etc, in any way no return will be given.
